TATTOO THE GIRL nació por accidente a partir del dibujo de una chica desnuda. La idea es simple, a través de www.tattoothegirl.com todo aquel que quisiera podía descargarse la base de la chica y “tatuarla” a su gusto para luego colgarla en nuestra web.
Desde entonces ya la han tatuado más de 500 artistas de todo el mundo y lo que pretendía ser una simple sesión de tatuaje se ha acabado convirtiendo en una completa y libre interpretación del dibujo de una chica desnuda y tatuada, cosa que ha enriquecido muchísimo este proyecto.
Mientras tanto esta iniciativa sigue abierta para todo aquel que quiera participar pueda hacerlo.

Esperamos que esta familia de chicas tatuadas siga creciendo con nuevas propuestas, e itinerando la exposición a otras ciudades.

TATTOO THE GIRL was born by accident based on a naked girl illustration. The idea is simple, through www.tattoothegirl.com anyone who wanted could download the illustration and let their mind go as tattooers so then we could uploaded to our website.

Up to today, about 500 people from around the world have taken part in the project and what pretended to be a simple tattoo interpretation has become a complete and free interpretation of the drawing, and that’s why the project has become so rich.
Meanwhile this initiative its open to anyone who still wants to participate in it.

We hope this family of tattooed girls keeps growing with new illustrations and moving the exhibition to other cities.
